Consulting Delivery Manager, SAP FICO


At Moore Stephens, your job scope will be varied as you will be exposed to new clients, business challenges, technologies and needs.We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager who is a FICO specialist.  The Consulting Delivery Manager is a “hands-on, roll up your sleeves” leader who can successfully manage and inspire a diverse team as well as maintain strong client relationships. You will be responsible for successful project delivery as measured by schedule, budget, deliverable quality and client satisfaction.  You must have and have a solid understanding and proven history of FICO implementations as a project manager and as a consultant. You will be able hands on technically and functionally.
You will be actively involved in the sales and estimating phases of each project as well as in planning, mobilization, execution and closure. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will regularly communicate status to all stakeholders, manage risks and issues and monitor financial performance. Adaptability is essential. You will never do just one thing.  You must be able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment to cater to our clients’ changing needs. Your job scope will be varied as you will be exposed to new clients, business challenges, technologies and needs. Working with multiple teams, you will be delivering a broad range of services from Business Process Reengineering to ERP to Analytics to agile cloud solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field, Project Management certification is a plus (PMP)
  • At least 10 years working experience with minimum 5 years of consulting project management experience delivering multiple projects
  • Managed at least 3 FICO full cycle implementations as a team lead or project manager
  • At least 10 years of SAP experience implementing SAP FICO
  • Knowledge of S4/HANA, Simple Finance is a strong plus
  • Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Proven leadership experience; able to mentor, support and develop a group of consultants with various levels of experience
  • Strong relationship management skills, ability to interact with senior management, managing client expectations and having difficult conversations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to create proposals and SOWs
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
