Finance & Admin Manager


The Finance & Admin Manager will lead both our financial accounting fuctions and our administration support services.
Finance related
  • Lead a team of accounts assistants in overseeing and performing all aspects of the day-to-day financial and management accounting functions for a group of companies
  • Monitor daily cashflow balances and review weekly cashflow statements
  • Check payment vouchers and journal entries
  • Check weekly debtors aging report
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports
  • Check and approve quarterly GST returns
  • Compile year-end financial statements and review the notes to the accounts
  • Prepare income tax computation and returns
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned
Admin related
  • Lead a team of admin staff in overseeing and performing the full spectrum of administration support services for a group of companies
  • Monitoring the maintenance and replacement of office equipment
  • Attend to office renovation and maintenance
  • Overseeing office safety and security matter
  • Renewing all types of insurance
  • Organise annual dinner and dance, networking sessions and other office events
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned
  • Possess recognised accountancy qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting-related field
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Hardworking, responsible and positive job attitude
