Responsibilities:

  • Reports to CEO and executive committee
  • Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of non-professional functions of the firm (Admin and Marketing & Communications)
  • Lead projects and organise firm events
  • Manage non-professional support team
 
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of working experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Has excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Able to perform under pressure and display perspective to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
  • Prior relevant experience in Big 4 or medium size public accounting firm or similar type service provider organisations an advantage
