Recruiting Associate


Main Responsibilities
Key to your success is your ability to manage multiple searches at one time, your creativity in searching approach and the charisma to build network in your field of recruitment.

  • Drive the full cycle recruiting process such as sourcing, interviewing, feedback and offer management
  • Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review job descriptions and associated sell communication
  • Create the sourcing plan and go to market strategy for each position; research and test new sourcing channels for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Execute research plan and identify potential candidates via cold calling, direct sourcing and networking activities
  • Maintain an active network through industry contacts
  • Engage potential candidates, conduct pre-screening interviews with prospective talent to determine the fit for current and future opportunities
  • Guide and mentor Recruiting Senior Associates
  • Proactively build talent pool for future hiring needs

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Relevant talent search experience preferably in Finance and Accounting. Legal and/ or hospitality is a plus.
  • Hunger for results and a penchant for proactivity
  • Confidence, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on recruiter with ability to lead a team
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
